Individual Single Session: $105

The investment for eight weeks of Group Yoga Therapy which consists of eight two-hour group sessions and a five-hour silent retreat is $480.00.

 

Yoga Therapy Practice Manual, recordings, and resources are included. 

 

If the cost of a session, package, or group experience is an obstacle in the way of receiving yoga therapy, existing and new clients are encouraged to connect with Christine to discuss payment on a sliding scale or opportunities to receive a scholarship.

 

Some insurance companies will reimburse all or a portion of the cost of yoga therapy sessions and/or packages.

Some FSA or HSA programs may pay for or reimburse investment in yoga therapy. 

​

Clients are encouraged to contact their insurance, HSA, and/or FSA providers to understand their coverage.
