Together, we aim to co-create an environment where members are welcome to share different perspectives and ideas, and we should expect to be challenged.

 

Celebrate Diversity

We will do our best to foster an inclusive environment by appreciating and celebrating diverse perspectives and backgrounds.

 

Take Accountability and Don't Rush to Condemn

We recognize that intent and impact are different and encourage members to be accountable for the impact of their words and actions and hold space for others as they navigate this and may make mistakes.

 

No Hate Speech or Discrimination

This will not be tolerated. This kind of engagement will result in the immediate termination of a member's subscription.

 

Privacy and Personal Information

Members must respect others' privacy and not share personal information or the content of their communications without consent.

 

Sacred, Neutral Space

This is meant to be a sacred, neutral space.  Don't solicit members.  Ask Christine to get permission from another member if you don't have a pre-existing relationship with them and you wish to connect with them outside of the app.

Resist Therapizing & Offering Unsolicited Advice

We all have wisdom, experience, and expertise that's valuable.  However, this is a space where we empower others to advocate for themselves and let us know what they need, and we will default to holding space and showing up as curious listeners unless a member asks specifically for support in the form of advice or consultation.

No Spam or Irrelevant Content

Please do not use this as a space for professional self-promotion, spam, or posts that are unrelated to our community's purpose.

 

Source Crediting

Members should do their best to credit original sources when sharing information from other sources.

 

Be Authentic and Mindful

Members are encouraged to show up as their whole selves and be authentic in their communication while also being mindful of others' sensitivities to language or particular topics.
